Main weekend Cherry Festival will this year be presented in a slightly modified way. To further emphasize the importance of the 50th anniversary and the festival in general, we added some new locations.
The Medieval village Šmartno will be covered with ethnological themes. Manufacturers and producers of local products like lavender, olive oil, ceramic, clay, wood, basket-weavers will appear in their stands, producing various products that will also be available for purchase. The events will be enriched by performances and children's groups, ex-tempore art and street musicians.
Dobrovo will be dedicated to eno-gastronomy. Jams, products from olive oil, fruits, meats, spirits, liqueurs and of course Brda wine will adorn many stand. At the Castle Dobrovo you will admire local chefs during their live cooking shows.
On Sunday at 16:30 you should not miss the traditional parade, which will be dedicated to the 50th anniversary. What important events marked our municipality and of course the Cherry Festival during the 50-year history, who were the girls who have earned the title of Queen of cherries and Queen of Ribolla, who has always stood in the forefront of traditional parades? All this and more awaits us in the traditional parade on Sunday 12.6. at 16:30.

- 9 a.m. - noon – Minibus departure from the St. Servulo Square towards the starting point
- 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. – Minibus departure from the end point towards the St. Servulo Square
